expenseCal Terms of Use
Effective date: May 18, 2026
1. Using expenseCal
expenseCal helps groups record expenses, contributions, personal purchases, shopping requests, and settlement status. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of the records you enter and for confirming real-world payments with your group.
2. Accounts and groups
You may use the app as a guest or sign in with supported account providers. Anyone with a valid group invitation or access may see and edit group data according to their role. Keep invitation links and account access private.
3. Pro subscription
Pro features may be offered through Apple in-app purchase. Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal management are handled by Apple under your App Store account settings.
4. No financial advice
expenseCal is an expense-tracking and settlement helper. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
5. Data and availability
The service depends on third-party infrastructure such as Firebase, Apple, and RevenueCat. We aim to keep the app useful and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent storage of user-entered data.
