Getting help
Please include your app version, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots are helpful when the issue involves layout, login, purchases, or group data.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings. If Pro access does not update after purchase or restore, contact support with the Apple account region and approximate purchase time.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app from Settings > Account > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support and we will help with the request.
